Perry Hall is a small town located in Montgomery County, Maryland. The population of Perry Hall was 9,829 as of the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Montgomery County.

The town was founded in 1777 and named for General James K. Perry, who served in the American Revolution and later became a U.S. Senator from Maryland. The town's early economy was based on agriculture and manufacturing, but today it is best known for its real estate industry.
