Lavaca, AR

Lavaca is a small town in eastern Arkansas that has seen its share of growth over the years. The town was founded in 1871 and had a population of just over 1,000 people in 1940. However, Lavaca's population has since grown to more than 10,000 people as the town has developed into a popular residential and commercial area.

The real estate market in Lavaca is strong due to the town's location and amenities. Lavaca is located just minutes from Interstate 40 and offers residents access to major cities such as Little Rock and Memphis. Additionally, the town features a variety of shopping options, including several large malls that are close by. The local schools are also excellent, with many students attending private schools outside of Lavaca.
