Fall River Mills, CA

Fall River Mills is located in the Sacramento Valley, in Northern California. The town was founded in 1851 by John Sutter and James W. Marshall, who were looking for a place to raise cattle. The town was originally called New Almaden, but was renamed Fall River Mills in 1857 after the river that runs through it. The population of Fall River Mills was 2,812 at the 2010 census.
