Sanford, FL

Sanford is a city located in Seminole County, Florida, United States. As of the 2010 census, the population was 72,912. Sanford is the county seat of Seminole County and is part of the Orlando- Kissimmee- Sanford Metropolitan Statistical Area. The city was founded in 1887 by John Sanford and named for him.

Real estate in Sanford has always been popular due to its location near Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Orlando Resort as well as its many other attractions such as Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and SeaWorld Orlando.
