Winchester, IL

Winchester is a small town located in southern Illinois. The population of Winchester was 4,848 as of the 2010 census. Winchester is located in Randolph County at the intersection of U.S. Route 60 and Illinois Route 137. Winchester has a small downtown area with several businesses and restaurants, as well as a public library. The town's main attraction is its historic district, which includes several buildings from the early 1800s. Winchester is also home to two golf courses: the Winchester Country Club and the Randolph County Golf Course.
