Paullina is a small town located in Pottawattamie County, Iowa. The population was 1,812 at the 2010 census. Paullina was founded in 1857 and named for Miss Paullina M. Spencer, the daughter of a pioneer settler. The town is located on the banks of the Iowa River and is known for its agriculture and timber industries.
