Hickman, KY

Hickman is a small town in Kentucky that has seen its fair share of real estate growth over the years. Hickman was founded in 1814 and at its peak had a population of 1,500 people. However, due to the decline of coal mining and other industries in the area, Hickman's population has steadily decreased over the years. In 2010, there were only 300 residents left in Hickman.

However, since then there has been a resurgence in interest in real estate in Hickman. In 2016, there were 1,000 residents living in Hickman and by 2020 that number is projected to grow to 2,000 people. This growth is largely due to the development of new businesses and homes near the town center.

One of the main reasons for this growth is because Hickman is located close to major highways and airports. This makes it easy for people to get into and out of town quickly. Additionally, Hickman has a lot of natural resources that make it an attractive place to live such as lakes and forests. These resources are also attracting new businesses to set up shop in town which is helping drive further real estate growth in Hickman.
