Richmond, KY

Richmond, Kentucky is a city located in the south-central region of the U.S. state of Kentucky. As of the 2010 census, the city had a population of 25,898. It is the county seat of Richmond County and is also home to Eastern Kentucky University. The city was founded in 1775 by George Rogers Clark on land donated by James Robertson III.
