Saint Francisville is a small town located in the Acadiana region of Louisiana. The population is just over 10,000 people and the median household income is just over $50,000. The town was founded in 1853 and was originally known as " Pineville." Saint Francisville was once a thriving agricultural community, but now it is primarily a residential community. There are a few businesses located in the town, but most of the economic activity takes place outside of Saint Francisville.
