West Boylston is a town in Worcester County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 9,812 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Worcester metropolitan area.
The town was first settled in 1725 and incorporated in 1793. West Boylston is located on the west side of the Merrimack River and borders Auburn to the south, Westboro to the east, and Upton to the north. The town center is located at U.S. Route 202 and Massachusetts Route 146 (Main Street).
