Empire, MI

Empire, Michigan is a town of about 10,000 people located in the southern portion of the Lower Peninsula. The economy is largely based on agriculture and manufacturing. However, there has been a recent trend of real estate development in Empire.

The first phase of real estate development in Empire took place in the early 2000s when small businesses began to move into the area. This was followed by a second phase beginning around 2010 when larger businesses began to invest in property in Empire. This growth has been driven by several factors, including increasing demand for housing from both families and businesses, as well as an improving economy overall.

Today, there are several developments underway or planned for Empire including:

-A new mixed-use development that will include apartments, retail space, and a hotel;

-A new shopping center that will include a grocery store and other retail outlets;

-A new golf course community; and

-A new subdivision that will include single family homes as well as townhouses and condos.
