Brewster, MN

Brewster is a small town located in southern Minnesota. The population was 1,812 at the 2010 census. Brewster is home to several businesses and organizations, including the Minnesota State Fairgrounds and the Brewster Historical Society.

Brewster's economy is based largely on agriculture, with crops such as corn, soybeans, wheat and barley grown in the area. However, due to its location near major transportation routes (Interstate 35 and U.S. Highway 61), Brewster has seen a recent surge in real estate development. This has led to an increase in housing prices and a corresponding increase in the town's tax base.

Brewster is served by two schools: Brewster Elementary School and Brewster Middle School. There are no high schools within the town limits; students must attend either nearby Mankato or St Cloud High Schools.
