Mantorville, MN

Mantorville is a small town located in Hennepin County, Minnesota. The population was 2,827 at the 2010 census. Mantorville is known for its quaint downtown area and its many historic homes. Mantorville has a rich history dating back to the early 1800s when it was first settled. The town was originally called "New Mantor" after the original owner of the land, John Mantor. In 1855, the town was renamed " Mantorville" after Dr. James Mantooth who had donated land for a school and church in the area.
