Reeds Spring is a small town located in the Ozarks of Missouri. The population is just over 2,000 people and the median household income is just over $50,000. Reeds Spring is a popular tourist destination because of its natural beauty and history. The town was founded in 1859 by John Reed and his wife, who were pioneers in the area. Reed's Spring was named after John Reed, who discovered the spring while prospecting for gold.

The main industry in Reeds Spring is tourism.
