Tenafly is a borough in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the borough's population was 10,527,[10][11] reflecting an increase of 514 (+5.2%) from the 9,898 counted in the 2000 Census.[12]

According to the United States Census Bureau, Tenafly has a total area of 2.0 square miles (5.1 km2), all of it land.[14]

The Tenafly Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.[15][16] The district includes 307 contributing buildings and one contributing site.[17] The district is bounded by Main Street on the south and west, Lincoln Avenue on the north and east and Ridge Road on the northeast.[18][19][20][21]
