Adams, NY

Adams, New York is a town located in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York. The population of Adams was 10,819 as of the 2010 census. The town is named after General James Adams, who fought in the American Revolution.

Adams is home to several wineries and vineyards, including Clifton Hill Vineyard and Winery, which was founded in 1978 by Bill and Pat Clifton. The Clifton Hill Vineyard produces award-winning wines such as Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. Other notable businesses in Adams include a bed and breakfast inn called The Inn at Adams Center and a restaurant called Bistro 1812.
