Piermont, NY

Piermont is a small town located in Ulster County, New York. The population was 2,898 at the 2010 census. Piermont is known for its charming downtown district and its many historic homes. The town's economy is based largely on real estate and tourism.

The Piermont Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. It includes more than 100 buildings, most of which are residential or commercial properties dating from the mid-19th century to the early 20th century.
