Dover, OK

Dover, Oklahoma is a small town located in southeastern Oklahoma. The population was 2,821 at the 2010 census. Dover is home to the Dover Downs racetrack and casino. The town was founded in 1907 by J.D. "Doc" Mayes and named for Dover, Kent, England.
