Fort Sill, OK

Fort Sill is located in the northeastern corner of Oklahoma, about an hour's drive from Tulsa. The town was established in 1868 as a military post and has been home to the U.S. Army's 101st Airborne Division since 1941. Fort Sill is also home to the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and is headquarters for the 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry).

Today, Fort Sill is a thriving community with a population of over 11,000 people. The town is home to several businesses including restaurants, retail stores, banks and medical facilities. Real estate in Fort Sill consists primarily of single-family homes and apartments; there are no condominiums or commercial buildings available for purchase or lease.

The average price for a single-family home in Fort Sill is $130,000; apartments are slightly more expensive at $140,000 on average. The majority of homes available for sale are owner-occupied but there are also some rentals available in the area.
