Hastings, OK

Hastings, Oklahoma is a small town located in the northeastern corner of the state. The population was just over 2,000 in 2010 and has been declining since then. Hastings is a typical small town with a Main Street that runs along the eastern edge of town, several businesses lining the street, and homes on either side. The downtown area is mostly vacant storefronts and there are no major attractions in Hastings aside from its location.

The real estate market in Hastings is very weak due to its location and lack of amenities. There are only a few homes for sale in Hastings and most of them are priced below $100,000. Most home buyers in Hastings are looking for properties to rent out or to buy as investments because there is little demand for residential property in this town.
