Marlow, OK

Marlow is a small town located in Osage County, Oklahoma. The population was 1,811 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Osage County.

The town was founded in 1892 by J.D. Marlow and named for him. Marlow is a small community with a few businesses and restaurants, as well as a few homes and apartments for rent or sale. The main attraction in Marlow are the Osage Hills Wildlife Preserve, which offers hiking trails and wildlife viewing opportunities, as well as the Osage Hills Golf Course, which has been rated one of the top golf courses in Oklahoma by Golf Digest magazine.

The real estate market in Marlow is generally stable with moderate prices for homes and apartments that range from $100,000 to $200,000. There are also a few commercial properties available for sale or lease at reasonable prices such as an old general store that has been converted into an art gallery or an office building that has recently been renovated and updated with new carpeting and paint jobs.
