Trail, OR

Trail is a small town located in the Columbia River Gorge, about an hour east of Portland. The population was just over 2,000 in 2010. The town's economy is based largely on tourism and real estate.

The Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area surrounds Trail. The area is popular for hiking, biking, fishing, and rafting. There are also several wineries within easy reach of the town.

Real estate in Trail is dominated by single-family homes and condos. Prices for homes range from around $200,000 to well over a million dollars. Condos are also available but tend to be more expensive than single-family homes.
