Woodburn, OR

Woodburn is a small town located in the Willamette Valley in Oregon. The population of Woodburn was just over 10,000 as of the 2010 census. Woodburn is known for its beautiful natural setting and its many small businesses and farms.

The history of Woodburn can be traced back to 1853 when settlers arrived in the area. The town was officially incorporated in 1908 and grew rapidly due to the logging industry. However, by the early 1990s, the logging industry had declined and Woodburn began to experience economic difficulties. In recent years, however, Woodburn has experienced a resurgence due to its location and amenities.

Today, Woodburn is home to many small businesses and farms as well as a number of luxury homes. The town is also home to several schools including Timberline High School, which was recently ranked one of the best high schools in Oregon by U.S News & World Report. There are also several parks including Cascade Park and Heritage Park which offer residents plenty of opportunities for recreation.

Real estate in Woodburn is dominated by single-family homes with some duplexes and apartments also available for purchase or rent. Prices for homes range from around $200,000 to over $1 million depending on size and location within the town limits.
