Glenmoore is a borough in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 10,868 at the 2010 census. Glenmoore is part of the Norristown area.

The borough was founded in 1892 and named for James G. Glen, a local landowner. The first settlers were Irish immigrants who had come to Pennsylvania to work on the railroads. They built their homes along what is now known as "The Avenue" or "Main Street". In 1904, the town's first post office opened on Main Street and it became known as Glenmoore Station. The town grew rapidly and by 1910 there were 1,000 residents. By 1920 there were 3,000 residents and by 1930 there were 6,000 residents.

In 1938 the borough annexed land from Norristown Township which increased its size by . In 1961 the borough annexed land from Upper Hanover Township which increased its size by . In 1969 the borough annexed land from Lower Hanover Township which increased its size by .

The main roads through Glenmoore are U.S Route 202 (East-West Boulevard) which runs north-south through the center of town; State Route 511 ( Norristown Road) which runs east-west through eastern Glenmoore; Montgomery County Route 100 ( Kingston Pike) which runs north-south through western Glenmoore; and Old York Road/Route 191 (Lincoln Highway) which bisects eastern Glenmoore between Upham Avenue on the west side of town to Lincoln Highway on the east side of town where it intersects with U.S Route 202/East-West Boulevard at an interchange known locally as "The Jughandles". There are also several smaller streets that run throughout town such as Washington Avenue/Route 191A (Bishop Drive), Park Avenue/Route 191B (Churchill Drive), Willow Grove Avenue/Route 191C ( Valley View Drive), Maple Lane/Route 191D (Oak Lane), Piney Grove Road/Route 192A (Piney Grove Lane), Hickory Hill Road/Route 192B ( Hickory Hill Lane), Fox Chase Road/Route 193A(Fox Chase Pike)and Spring Mill Road/Route 193B(Spring Mill Pike).
