Horsham is a borough in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 10,824 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

The borough was founded in 1755 and named for its founder, James Horsham. The town grew rapidly as a result of its location on the Philadelphia-Wilmington Turnpike (now PA Route 309). The first railroad line through Horsham opened in 1851 and by 1900 it had become one of the most important industrial centers in Montgomery County. However, by 1970 most of the industry had left and Horsham began to decline. In recent years however, due to redevelopment efforts spearheaded by Mayor John Fetterman and others, Horsham has experienced a resurgence with new businesses moving into the borough and residential development increasing.

Horsham is located at 40°5′N 75°53′W (40.0933°N 75.8717°W). According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of , all land。
