Montgomery, TX

Montgomery is a city located in Montgomery County, Texas, United States. As of the 2010 census, the population was 139,095. It is the county seat of Montgomery County and the largest city in the Houston–The Woodlands– Sugar Land metropolitan area. The city is named after General James E. Montgomery, who was killed in action at the Battle of Gettysburg on July 3, 1863.
