Rice, TX

Rice is a city located in Harris County, Texas, United States. As of the 2010 census, the population was 26,521. It is part of the Houston–The Woodlands– Sugar Land metropolitan area. Rice was founded in 1892 and incorporated as a town in 1903. It became an independent city on May 6, 1954.
