Woodstock, VA

Woodstock is a small town located in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. The population is just over 2,000 people and the median household income is just over $60,000. Woodstock has a strong agricultural economy and is home to several wineries. However, the town's biggest industry is real estate.

The real estate market in Woodstock has been very stable for the past few years. There are a number of reasons for this: first, there are a lot of families who have been living in Woodstock for many years and they know their community well; second, there are not a lot of new homes being built in Woodstock; and third, the quality of homes that are available tends to be high.
