Commercial properties are typically priced between $30 million and $200 million.
Sumner's real estate market has been relatively stable over the past few years with prices generally increasing at a rate of 2% per year according to Zillow data. This slower growth may be attributed in part to stricter lending standards imposed by regulators following the 2008 financial crisis which have made it more difficult for investors and developers to obtain financing for new projects. However, this slowdown has not dampened demand as evidenced by an increase in home sales over the past few years as well as steady rental rates which continue to rise despite limited availability of units due largely increased demand from millennials looking for urban living environments with easy access to amenities such as restaurants and nightlife
