High Bridge, WI

High Bridge is a small town located in the northeast corner of Wisconsin. The population was 1,912 at the 2010 census. High Bridge is located on the banks of the Fox River and is surrounded by forests and farms. The town was founded in 1836 and was originally called Bridgeport. The name was changed to High Bridge in 1853 after a bridge was built over the Fox River.

The economy of High Bridge is based on agriculture, tourism, and manufacturing. Agriculture includes dairy farming, corn production, and apple orchards. Tourism focuses on recreation such as fishing, canoeing, hiking, biking, hunting, skiing/snowboarding, and golfing. Manufacturing includes furniture making and printing services.
