Johnson Creek, WI

Johnson Creek is a small town located in Walworth County, Wisconsin. The population was 1,898 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Milwaukee metropolitan area.

The town was founded in 1853 by settlers from New York City and was originally called "Johnsonville". The name was changed to Johnson Creek in 1859 after a stream that ran through the town. The town's economy is based on agriculture and tourism.
