Diamond Bar, CA

Diamond Bar is a city located in the San Gabriel Valley region of Los Angeles County, California. The population was estimated at 102,972 in 2015 by the United States Census Bureau. Diamond Bar is part of the Greater Los Angeles Area.

The city was incorporated on April 4, 1928 and has been an affluent suburb of Los Angeles since its incorporation. Diamond Bar is known for its tree-lined streets and upscale neighborhoods, including The Village at Diamond Bar and Rancho Santa Margarita. It is also home to several golf courses, including the Nicklaus Tournament Course at Torrey Pines State Park.

Real estate in Diamond Bar has always been expensive due to its proximity to downtown Los Angeles and other major metropolitan areas such as Orange County and San Bernardino County. In recent years, however, prices have begun to soften as new development projects have come online and more families are moving into the city limits.
