Peck is a small town in Johnson County, Kansas, located about 20 miles south of the city of Wichita. The population was 1,812 at the 2010 census. Peck is home to the Peck Country Club and the Peck Golf Course.

The first settlers in what would become Peck were members of the Mormon Church who arrived in 1871. The town was named for James A. Peck, a member of the church's governing body who served as governor of Utah Territory from 1869 to 1875. A post office was established in Peck on October 10, 1872, and remained in operation until it was discontinued on July 15, 1955.

Today, most economic activity in Peck revolves around its two golf courses and country club. The golf courses are well-maintained and offer a variety of amenities for visitors including an eighteen-hole course designed by noted golf architect Alister MacKenzie and a nine-hole course designed by Harry Vardon. Both courses are open to members and guests alike year-round.
