Arcadia, LA is a city located in Jefferson County, Louisiana. The population was 14,859 at the 2010 census. Arcadia is known for its historic homes and gardens, as well as its many shopping districts. The city has been home to some of the wealthiest families in Louisiana since the early 1800s.
