Massey, MD

Massey is a town in Frederick County, Maryland, United States. The population was 1,527 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Frederick area.

Massey was founded in 1792 and named for Colonel James Massey (1732-1811), an American Revolutionary War officer and landowner who served as a delegate to the Continental Congress from Maryland. The town was incorporated in 1854.
