Oldtown is a historic district in Prince George's County, Maryland, United States. It is located in the northeast corner of the county and includes much of the city of Upper Marlboro. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

The area that would become Oldtown was first settled by Europeans in 1734 as part of a land grant to Major John Eager Howard. The community was originally called "Howard's Town", but it was renamed " Oldtown" after the American Revolution to honor General Charles Lee, who had fought for independence from Great Britain. The town grew rapidly during the early 19th century as a result of its location at the crossroads of major transportation routes and its status as an administrative center for Prince George's County.

The historic district encompasses much of Oldtown's central business district, which features a variety of commercial buildings dating from the early 19th century through the mid-20th century.Notable buildings include the 1827 brick courthouse (now used as offices by county government), several churches (including Saint John's Episcopal Church, built in 1829), and several commercial blocks that were once home to department stores such as J&R Block and Woolworths. Other notable structures within the district include several mansions (most notably Belair Mansion, now used by Prince George's Community College) and numerous public housing projects built during World War II and later.
