There are a number of reasons for this: First off, East Bridgewater is located within close proximity to both Boston and Providence; making it an ideal place to live or invest if you are looking for both city life amenities as well as plenty of space for recreation or farming activities outside the city limits. Additionally, many homes in East Bridgewater were built during what has been called "The Golden Age"of real estate development – between World War II and 1970 – when prices were high due to strong economic growth nationwide coupled with limited availability stock.
