Jones, MI

Jones is a small town in the Thumb region of Michigan. It has a population of just over 2,000 people and is located about an hour north of Lansing. The town was founded in 1827 and was originally called " Jonesville". The name was changed to Jones in honor of General James K. Jones, who fought in the War of 1812.
