Sawyer, MI

Sawyer is a small town located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The population is just over 1,000 people and the median household income is just over $50,000. The town has a small commercial district along Main Street and a few small businesses scattered throughout the town. There are also a few homes for sale in Sawyer, but most of the real estate activity takes place in nearby Traverse City.

The primary reason people buy or sell property in Sawyer is because of its location. The town is situated on the eastern shore of Lake Superior and has beautiful views of the lake and mountains beyond. It's also close to Traverse City, which has a large population and many attractions that can be enjoyed by visitors.

One downside to living in Sawyer is that it's not very accessible by car. Most residents commute to work or other activities in Traverse City or elsewhere in Michigan. There are limited public transportation options available, so those who need to travel outside of Sawyer may have difficulty doing so easily.
