Stella, MO

Stella is a small town located in eastern Missouri. The population was just over 2,000 in the 2010 census. Stella is located on U.S. Route 65 and is about an hour from Kansas City and St. Louis. The town has a small downtown area with a few businesses and a couple of restaurants. There are also several homes for sale in Stella, as well as some rental properties available.

The real estate market in Stella is generally stable with prices ranging from around $100,000 to $300,000 for single family homes and from around $50,000 to $200,000 for condos and apartments. The average time it takes to sell a home in Stella is about six months. There are currently no new construction projects underway in Stella, but the market seems to be slowly recovering from the recessionary period that began in 2008.
