Haddon Heights is a borough in Camden County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the borough's population was 10,821,[9][10] reflecting an increase of 1,527 (+24.7%) from the 7,859 counted in the 2000 Census.[11]

The borough was incorporated on February 14, 1894,[12] from portions of Haddon Township.[13] The borough derives its name from Haddon Hall, a manor house built by Colonel John Byng in 1722 and later acquired by William Penn. The hall was located on what is now known as Haddon Avenue. A replica of the hall stands at Haddonfield Memorial Park.

Haddon Heights is home to many upscale neighborhoods including Pine Valley (consisting mostly of single-family homes), Woodland Park (a mix of single-family homes and condominiums), and Summit (a mix of single-family homes and apartments). There are also several low-income neighborhoods including Northwood (mostly composed of rowhomes) and Westmont (mostly composed of apartments).

Real estate prices in Haddon Heights have increased dramatically over the past few years due to an influx of affluent families moving into town as well as an increase in demand for housing stock caused by a growing population and strong economy. Many new luxury condominiums have been built or are currently under construction such as One Woodland Park which will feature more than 300 units when completed later this year.
