Walkertown, NC

Walkertown is a small town located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in western North Carolina. The town was founded in 1792 by General James Moore and is named for Colonel William Walker, an American Revolutionary War hero. Today, Walkertown is a quiet community with a population of just over 2,000 people.
