Gypsum, OH

Gypsum is a small town located in northwestern Ohio. The population was 1,812 at the 2010 census. Gypsum is located in the heart of the Mahoning Valley and has been a center of industry for over 100 years. Gypsum is home to several businesses including a paper mill, an aluminum plant, and a steel mill.

Gypsum's economy is based on its industrial base. However, there has been significant growth in the residential market in recent years as well. There are currently more than 600 homes for sale in Gypsum and the community is growing rapidly. The majority of homes are single-family detached homes, but there are also some condominiums and townhomes available for purchase.

The schools in Gypsum are excellent and provide all of the necessary services for children to be successful citizens. The schools include one elementary school (K-6), one middle school (7-8), and one high school (9-12). There are also several private schools available to families who want to send their children to a higher quality education.
