Mission Hills, CA

Mission Hills is a wealthy enclave in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, California. The community was developed in the 1950s and 1960s by developers William Pereira and Robert Meyerhoff. It is bordered by Sherman Oaks to the north, Calabasas to the east, Woodland Hills to the south, and Tarzana to the west. The population was estimated at 23,000 in 2013.

Mission Hills is home to many high-end luxury homes and estates. The community has a mixture of single-family homes as well as condominiums and apartments. Many of these residences are owned by celebrities and wealthy individuals who reside in Mission Hills for its serene environment, proximity to Hollywood, excellent schools, and ample shopping opportunities.

The median price for a single family home in Mission Hills was $2 million in 2017 according to Zillow. This makes Mission Hills one of the most expensive communities in Los Angeles County.
