Pratt, KS

Pratt is a small town in Johnson County, Kansas, with a population of just over 2,000. It is located about 20 miles south of Wichita and 10 miles north of the city of Overland Park. Pratt was founded in 1872 and became an incorporated town in 1886. The town's economy is based largely on agriculture and the manufacture of agricultural equipment. However, Pratt has also developed into a bedroom community for people who work in the nearby cities of Wichita and Overland Park.

Real estate in Pratt is dominated by single-family homes and duplexes.
