Hemet is a city located in Riverside County, California. The population was 106,098 at the 2010 census. Hemet is known as the "City of Roses" because of the concentration of rose gardens in and around the city. Hemet is also home to The Broadmoor Hotel and Resort, one of the largest golf resorts in Southern California.
